Meet the Artists

Jordan Price (Artistic Director)

Jordan received his BA in theatre from the University of Maryland and worked nationally as a professional actor for years before returning to school to get a double masters in education for both primary special and general education, as well as administration. Originally from New York, Jordan has been a resident of Louisville since 2011, when he moved here with his wife to work at Kentucky Shakespeare running the education department. Since 2015 Jordan has served as the drama educator at Lincoln Performing Arts Elementary School. Locally Jordan has performed and directed around town with companies including CenterStage, Acting Against Cancer, KY Shakespeare, Pandora Productions, and the Chicken Coop. Jordan’s greatest accomplishments are his daughers Billie and Rosie and his wife Lenae.

Valerie Canon (Dance)

Valerie Canon is a New Albany based director/actor/choreographer/costumer. Her credits include: Guys and Dolls, The Music Man, Addams Family the Musical, Children of Eden, Heather's the Musical, Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson, Batboy the Musical, Godspell, The Drowsy Chaperone, Legally Blonde the Musical, and Lizzie the Musical among many others. She is a board member and director for Mind’s Eye Theatre Company. Valerie is a proud founding member and the Musical Theatre Director for Next Generation Performing Arts Camp based in Lawton, Oklahoma. In her non theater life, she is an adoring wife to her husband Dan, mother of three epic girls, and a ballet instructor.

Jessica De La Rosa (Acting)

Jess holds a BA in Theatre and an MFA in Acting, both from the University of Tennessee Knoxville. In the Summer of 2018, Louisville became Jess’ home after living in New York City, where she developed a studio practice in devising Shakespeare – coaching a range of ages from preschool students to Broadway performers. In Lousiville: Actors Theatre, Stage One, Kentucky Shakespeare, WingSpace at Dreams With Wings, Commonwealth Theatre Center, three witches, Louisville Fringe Festival, SHOTZ!. Regional: Great River Shakespeare Festival, Chautauqua Theater Company, Clarence Brown Theatre, Reign Or Shine, Rogue and Peasant Players, among others. As an educator and behavioral therapist, Jess has taught all ages and abilities, using art as a bridge to unite neurodiverse demographics. Erik Moth (Musical Theatre)

Erik Moth (he/him) is a stage and screen artist based in Louisville, Ky. He is a BFA Acting (Musical Theatre) graduate of Wright State University. Erik has been teaching and directing in Louisville for the last few years. He teaches Voice and Musical Theatre at The Louisville Academy of Fine Arts. Erik also helps run the Theatre Program at Saint Margaret Mary School and co-directs the shows. Erik is also an avid performer, working with many theaters here in Louisville. He is also a produced playwright with his work being produced here in town and The Road Theatre in North Hollywood, CA. Favorite performing credits include: Barfeè (Spelling Bee), Frank (The Memory of Water), Mendel (Falsettos), Conrad (Stupid F’ing Bird), and Dan (next to normal). He is honored to work for this wonderful program.

BeeBee Patillo (Acting)

Brittany “BeeBee” Patillo is a Louisville native, graduate of the University of Louisville, and was a 2020-2021 acting apprentice at Actors Theatre of Louisville. Her recent roles include Lucy Westenra in Actors Theatre of Louisville’s Dracula and Marianne Dashwood  in Kentucky Shakespeare’s Sense and Sensibility. Other roles with Kentucky Shakespeare: A Midsummer Night’s Dream(Puck), Twelfth Night (Olivia), Shakespeare In Love (Viola), Henry V (Montjoy/Chorus), Henry VI: The Wars of the Roses(Somerset/Young Clifford); spring tours of Romeo and Juliet (Lady Capulet/Tybalt/Peter/Friar John), Hamlet (Horatio/Rosencrantz/Player Queen). Other credits include: The Miraculous Journey at StageOne (Ensemble); Junie B. Jones the Musical (Lennie/Ensemble) and Nate the Great the Musical(Annie) at Derby Dinner Playhouse; The Green Book (Neena) and When Fishies Rain Down From the Sky (Maya) at Bunbury Theatre; Baltimore (Alyssa) and Eurydice (Loud Stone) at the University of Louisville, and Baltimore (Alyssa) with the National Black Theatre Festival. She most recently won the 2024 Arts Louisville Best Performance in a Professional Play. She is an active volunteer in her community, a local choreographer, and was the 2019 Kentucky Derby Festival Queen.

Tony Reimonenq III (Acting)

Tony Reimonenq III is a native of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. He moved to Louisville in August 2020 after obtaining his BFA in Theatre with an emphasis in Performance from The University of Southern Mississippi in May 2020. Since then, he has worked professionally in both classical and musical theatre. He also has experience in film and television. Tony is so excited to be able to share his wealth of knowledge with your students!
